Stanford’s Clinical Observation and Medical Transcription (COMET) Fellowship is a 1-year, unparalleled, post-baccalaureate clinical experience with outstanding faculty at Stanford University School of Medicine.

The program fee is $8,850 for the 2025-26 fellowship year and must be paid in full by the date listed on the acceptance packet. Financial assistance through scholarship support will continue to be available to highly qualified fellows who have demonstrated exceptional merit in their work and professionalism within their communities, and selection for these scholarships will be made by the Selection Committee at the time of admission to the fellowship.
