Research Position with Princeton Alum at Harvard (Boston, MA)

Diana Shi, a Princeton grad (’13) and currently a resident physician in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program, is looking to hire a research technician for a 2 year position. She shares the following:

The technician would be working with me in the cancer biology laboratory of William G. Kaelin, Jr, recipient of the 2019 Nobel Prize in Physiology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA. The projects would be related to brain tumors and cancer biology metabolism. The person holding this position will assist in the design and performance of wet lab experiments related to brain tumors. If desired, the person in this position would have the opportunity to lead independent clinical/translational projects and participate in clinical activities such as tumor boards. This position is ideal for people interested in MD or MD/PhD programs. A recent Princeton graduate (’20) has worked with me in this position (entering medical school 2023), and another recent Princeton alum, (Princeton ’18 now MD/PhD at Tri-I), was also a technician in the lab before matriculating to medical school.
