Part-Time Logistics Coordinator with Create Circles | various Kentucky

Create Circles, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of older adults in Kentucky nursing homes, is seeking a passionate and dedicated applicant to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator (part-time, 20 hours/week).

As a Logistics Coordinator, your students will:

  • Conduct visits to nursing homes across Kentucky, introducing the Create Circles program and providing training.
  • Collaborate with nursing home staff to understand their needs and ensure successful program implementation.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with nursing home partners and internal team members.
  • Track and report program metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve program implementation and address challenges.

We're looking for students with:

  • A strong interest in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy for older adults.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Preference is given to students who own or have access to a vehicle and reside in Kentucky.
