Create Circles, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of older adults in Kentucky nursing homes, is seeking a passionate and dedicated applicant to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator (part-time, 20 hours/week).

- Communication and interpersonal skills development.
- Contributing to a meaningful mission that directly improves the lives of older adults.
As a Logistics Coordinator, your students will:
- Conduct visits to nursing homes across Kentucky, introducing the Create Circles program and providing training.
- Collaborate with nursing home staff to understand their needs and ensure successful program implementation.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with nursing home partners and internal team members.
- Track and report program metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve program implementation and address challenges.
We're looking for students with:
- A strong interest in public health, healthcare administration, social work, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and empathy for older adults.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Preference is given to students who own or have access to a vehicle and reside in Kentucky.
