Empower Through Health (ETH) is hiring Field & Research Directors (FRD) who are passionate about making a real-world impact on global healthcare delivery through innovative global health research and experiential leadership. As FRD, you will manage longitudinal research projects and essential administrative tasks, while receiving mentorship and valuable research experience. Responsibilities include research, project management, communications, social media, and administrative tasks. Field & Research Directors will live with Ugandan staff at ETH headquarters in Iganga, Eastern Uganda for a term of one year, and receive free housing and transportation, as well as a cost-of-living stipend. Successful completion of all duties may lead to future leadership opportunities within the organization.
