Job Description: Sostento is looking for a friendly and energetic teammate to help Sostento deeply
understand and respond to the needs of free and charitable clinics and grow our community network. The Clinic Engagement Consultant talks to clinic leaders to understand how their clinics function and their underlying goals, priorities and processes.

This is a great opportunity to develop professional communication and collaboration skills while supporting community public health institutions.

Activities: 

• Communicates and develops relationships with clinics and other community partners and handles messages and requests
• Works with the team to design and facilitate engaging experiences where clinics can learn from each other
• Conducts interviews and leads the team in understanding clinic and community partner needs
• Supports the team in envisioning, developing and evolving tools, services and programs for clinics and community partners
• Supports clinics and community partners in implementing Sostento tools and services in their organization

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience in the free and charitable clinic world or working with marginalized communities
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable collaborating with an all-remote team
