GPSA is an educational organization that works in collaboration with local health authorities in Guatemala, Belize and West Virginia. They offer a long-term volunteering program for recent college graduates interested in healthcare. As part of the program, fellows receive basic accommodations in a homestay plus language and healthcare training. The program gives graduates the opportunity to work alongside physicians, nurses and community health workers while experiencing the challenges and opportunities present in global settings.
