1. Serve Army families as a physician, dentist, veterinarian, optometrist, or CRNA, either within the continental U.S. or abroad (Hawaii, Germany, Italy, Korea, Japan, or wherever the Army has a hospital)
2. Work-life balance; minimal risk for professional burn-out (rarely work after 4pm or weekends)
3. Scholarships available for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years
4. Tuition is 100% covered
5. $20,000 accession bonus for those selected for the scholarship
6. Receive a monthly stipend of $2870 while in school
7. 90% chance of matching into a residency of your choice
