Premed Survey from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

original message from students of Johns Hopkins School of Medicine

Dear Pre-Medical Students,

Researchers at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine are conducting a research study on the opinions and attitudes of female-identifying pre-medical students toward orthopaedic surgery. The study consists of a survey that should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Those who complete the survey will be given a Zoom link to a panel where female orthopaedic surgeons will speak about their experiences as women in the field, followed by a Q&A session moderated by current Hopkins medical students.

Here is the link to the survey.

This study is IRB approved (IRB00407873), and the principal investigator is Dr. Dawn Laporte.

We would really appreciate your help and insight! Please email [email protected] with any questions.

Best,

Tori Bergstein, Second-Year Medical Student at Johns Hopkins

Jessica Schmerler, Third-Year Medical Student at Johns Hopkins
