Dear HPA,

I'm Brian Li, a co-HAF with Princeton's Matriculate fellowship. We work with high-achieving low-income high school students and provide them with insights and encouragement to help them enter colleges that meet their talents and needs. Our applications are open at until October 17, and we invite all first-years, sophomores, and juniors to apply. Advising Fellows should expect to work approximately 3-5 hours per week starting in the winter. We offer very flexible schedules (almost all work is asynchronous/self-scheduled) and Advising Fellows' time is compensated.

We'd love for students in contact with HPA to join us, as in addition to community service experience, we also offer rewarding social activities and a welcoming community for Advising Fellows of all backgrounds and interests.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me ( or my co-HAF Kateri Espinosa (
