Care Operations Manager Opening at Circle Link Health (Stamford, CT)

CircleLink Health, a leader in healthcare technology and services is hiring!

We’re looking for a Care Operations Manager to inform clinical product decisions, lead
post-sales implementation and management of our remote nurse network.

This is a great opportunity for premedical students to gain exposure to the operational side of
healthcare while working with providers, practice administrators and insurance companies. You
will use and see Electronic Health Record systems, patient files and nurse’s clinical reports.

The role reports directly to the CEO and has room for growth as the Customer Success team
scales. (We’re growing ~20% every month!)

The ideal candidate will have a mix of clinical, operations and analytical skills, plus 1+ years’
experience in either nurse/clinical management or enterprise customer success/account

Key functions include:

  • Growing our nationwide registered nurse network, including setting up scalable processes to recruit, train and ensure quality care
  • Ensuring our remote care coach nurses are efficiently and effectively engaging patients
  • Supporting and working with new doctor customers to ensure seamless integration of our offering into workflows
  • Building and managing a Customer Success team

We help people with chronic conditions stay healthy by matching them with registered nurse
care coaches (telephone sessions) through our web platform. We also enable doctors to better
coordinate care and earn a new (up to) $10 billion reimbursement from Medicare.
Our software-enabled service helps healthcare professionals monitor and manage their patients’
chronic conditions while earning a new Medicare payment. This payment has complex
requirements, including 20 minutes of care outside the care facility, which overworked doctors
struggle to meet without us.
